Three community meals every day, 365 days a year, to anyone needing food. Served at 755 Worthington St. Springfield.

Lorraine’s serves the Chicopee, MA community through the pantry and soup kitchen. Lorraine’s connects with donors and supporters to aid friends and neighbors, and to help lead the fight against
food insecurity.
• Hot meal service
Doors open at 4:00 pm. Mon – Fri: dinner served from 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. (3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on the 4th Tues. of the month). All are welcome!
• Pantry service
Mon – Fri: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (6 p.m. - 8 p.m. on the 4th Tuesday of the month) for qualified Chicopee residents. -
Lorraine's Mobile PantryMobile Pantry: Mon – Thur: 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Any resident in need will be able to visit the mobile pantry at sites across the city to pick up a bag with non-perishable items and fresh fruits and vegetables. Locations change daily. Please check online for dates and locations of the mobile pantry.

Springfield Rescue Mission
Meals available to anyone in need - men, women and children - FREE OF CHARGE.
1. Public Breakfast: Monday - Saturday, 7AM-7:45AM, 10 Mill Street, Springfield. No prerequisites required.
2. Operation SONshine: A mobile food service bringing lunches to the homeless and poverty stricken in Springfield Communities.
3. Holiday Meals: Special meals for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please call for dates and times 413-732-0808.

Emergency food program for Ludlow, Wilbraham, Hampden, and the Indian Orchard, Sixteen Acres, and Pine Point neighborhoods of Springfield. Also offers a preschool and senior food program. Open Tuesday and Thursday: 9:30am-4:30pm.

The Market at Gray House

Households are able to visit the pantry 12x in a year and receive 3-4 days worth of food. Open Thursdays 9 am-12 pm and the 2nd & 4th Fridays of every month: 4 pm–6 pm. Offering no-contact curbside food distribution during the pandemic.

Emergency Food Distribution Program (MLKFS Food Pantry)

Located in the Mason Square Neighborhood - Normally operates each Thursday from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM. The Mobile Food Bank takes place every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Serving households in Hampden County. Must be at least 18 years old with proof of residency.

Mobile Food Bank
Delivers free fresh and non-perishable groceries to 17 different community sites for distribution to residents. There are no eligibility requirements, anyone in need of assistance can attend. Arrive 10-15 minutes early and bring boxes or bags to carry your food. The website has distribution information for Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire counties or call (413) 247-9738 for assistance.

Emergency food pantry provides groceries. A special program for seniors allows them to shop exclusively on the 3rd Monday of each month. Additionally, Open Pantry will assist you with applications for SNAP benefits (no longer called food stamps) and will provide advocacy services for those who are having difficulties getting or accessing their SNAP benefits.
