Changes to Zoom for Chromebook: IMPORTANT!
Need to transition Zoom tools on Your Chromebook
This is important information for Chromebook users who use ZOOM.
Zoom is ending support for its current Chrome OS App.
Starting in early November 2022, a new app will be needed to view Zoom presentations.
You will need a private Gmail address to obtain this app through the Google Play Store.
This page will show you how to obtain and access this app.
1) Get a free @gmail.com email account.

2) Sign into Chromebook with the @gmail account and install the new, free Zoom PWA App for Chromebook from the Play Store.

3) Open an incognito window to access your STCC
Blackboard
account and use ZOOM for classes.
