Remote Library Services & Resources

Many library resources and services are available while we work remotely.

Contact the library via email or chat. Reference librarians are also available via telephone at ‪(413) 342-0998‬ during regular library hours. Having trouble with Chat? Look at our help page

Library Instruction

Librarians can provide remote live instruction sessions via Zoom or Google Hangouts. Fill out an instruction request here, or email ewarren@stcc.edu. We can also work with faculty to provide a customized, recorded instruction session that can cover remote login, searching, article retrieval and citation assistance.

Research Assistance

Librarians are available via phone, email, or chat to assist the campus community with their research needs. In addition, the library's YouTube Channel has dozens of brief videos offering assistance in using databases, technology and services.
