Referrals
The library refers students (and faculty/staff) elsewhere in the library, in Building 19, and various campus buildings for assistance. These are the most common referral points.
In the Library, Refer students to:
The Information Desk for Research Help, including finding books and articles and assistance with citations.
The Circulation Desk for questions about registering and renewing RamCards, Reserves (Textbooks), Study Room Availability, and Chromebooks and Mobile Hotspots.
In Building 19:
The Student Success Center for Tutoring Assistance.
The Advising Office to Register for Classes.
The Testing Center for Testing, Placement, and Assessment.
Student Financial Services for Financial Aid questions and RamCards.
The IT Helpdesk for password and WebAdvisor account assistance.
The Parking Office for parking and other transportation issues.
Campus:
The Writing Center (Building 13, Room 125) for help with writing.
Computer Labs in Building 2 and 17 if no library computers are available.
