STCC is part of a consortium that has received a federal grant from the Department of Education’s Open Textbook Pilot project - Remixing Open Textbooks through an Equity Lens (ROTEL): Culturally Relevant Open Textbooks for High Enrollment General Education Courses and Career and Professional Courses at Six Public Massachusetts Colleges. 


The Open Textbook Coordinating Council (OTCC) project team is now seeking grant applications from faculty at the participating institutions to remix and develop accessible, intentionally inclusive open educational resources (OER) that reflect students’ local and lived experiences to improve student learning outcomes (particularly from underserved communities).


Applications will open on Monday, September 20, 2021

Completed application forms are due on Tuesday, October 19, 2021

The grant committee will notify applicants by Monday, November 1, 2021
