Databases offer research material such as journal and magazine articles, viewpoints, multimedia resources, and other information. You can use our databases in several ways:
Discovery - our comprehensive search tool of databases and our online catalog of books an eBooks.
Databases by Subject - useful for finding material on a specific topic, such as health, business, or science.
Databases A to Z - an alphabetical list of dozens of database titles.
It's good practice to keep track of your citations as you conduct research. Databases include citations in several formats, including MLA and APA. Just be sure to familiarize yourself with the basics of citation formats, because occasionally these citations contain errors. For more information about citing your work, visit our Citing Sources guide. Another good resource is Purdue University's OWL (Online Writing Lab) website.
